2L (2000ml) Ultrasonic Cleaner

Regular price $109.95 $0.00

We have been through the ringer trying all sorts of different ultrasonic cleaners to find only the best to supply to our family of vapers. Don’t get these confused with the cheap plastic ultrasonic cleaners; These mighty ultrasonic cleaners are built to last, and have all the features you should expect to work fantastically with vape related cleaning and beyond. Don’t go through the expensive learning process like we had too, start with the best!

Ultrasonic cleaners are one of the most versatile tools in a vapers arsenal. They can be used to clean tanks to keep them sparkly clean like they were straight off the shelf, they can be used to clean and maintain mechanical mods, and last but not least they can be used to “speed steep” juices to get them nicely aged in a fraction of the time.

On top of all of these “vape specific” things, its still functions as any ultrasonic would! Most hard, non-absorbent materials (metals, plastics, glass etc.) are suitable for ultrasonic cleaning. Ideal materials for ultrasonic cleaning include small electronic parts, cables, rods, wires and detailed items, as well as objects made of glass, plastic, aluminum or ceramic.

How it works

Ultrasonic cleaning uses cavitation bubbles induced by high frequency pressure (sound) waves to agitate a liquid. The agitation produces high forces on contaminants adhering to substrates like metals, plastics, glass, rubber, and ceramics. This action also penetrates blind holes, cracks, and recesses. The intention is to thoroughly remove all traces of contamination tightly adhering or embedded onto solid surfaces. Water or solvents can be used, depending on the type of contamination and the object being cleaned. Contaminants can include dust, dirt, oil, pigments, rust, grease, algae, fungus, bacteria, lime scale, polishing compounds, flux agents, fingerprints, soot wax and mold release agents etc. Ultrasonic cleaning can be used for a wide range of workpiece shapes, sizes and materials, and may not require the part to be disassembled prior to cleaning.

We recommend that when cleaning tanks, or parts of vaporisers that contain rubber O-rings, that you remove these first as the agitation from the ultrasonic cleaner, and the heat, can cause the seals to expand or break down.
